So, how do we work together? Well, while Joel films and edits your happy day onto DVD,
Abby provides the musical score - she can even compose songs especially for you!
We are open to any ideas when it comes to our service - after all, it's your day and your video.

The Specifics

We shoot on broadcast quality MiniDV video cameras and use crystal clear
digital sound recording equipment.
We film using two cameramen in unobtrusive positions to allow multiple angles.
We aim to edit your video so you watch it as soon as you return from your honeymoon.
We can provide photo montages, custom-composed music, interviews with
friends and family and anything else you might require as an extra on your DVD.
All DVD's are printed, supplied in cases with custom designed inlays and feature
individual menu designs.

Flexibility is the key to our service - we will listen to any ideas you may have - just ask!

An Ilfracombe couple have joined forces to provide a completely bespoke wedding video service.
Joel Cooper, a journalist with 1st class honours in filmmaking, and girlfriend Abby Constant, a music
teacher at Ilfracombe college, started North Devon Wedding Videos after spotting a gap in the market
and deciding to make the most of their individual talents.  Joel said: “Having specialised in video at university,
I’m a bit of a perfectionist. I’d watched other wedding videos and was very unimpressed with the results.
“Some friends asked me to film their wedding as a gift last year and they were so happy with the
finished product that I thought I’d start offering it as a service."  One of the problems Joel encountered was
musical copyright but girlfriend Abby was on hand to help.  Joel said: “It’s illegal to put copyrighted music on a
wedding DVD without paying for it and this can prove expensive.  Abby is an amazing pianist. She has written
some beautiful pieces of music to accompany the videos and will even write songs especially for your
wedding.  This will be the happiest day of your life - it’s so important to capture that magic.  With a high
quality video from us, you and your friends and family can re-live those special moments  again and again."
